Filing and Service of Process
Making sure your papers are correctly filed with the court
and delivered to the other party
Preparing for Court
Information about what will happen and what you need to do
before your court date
Orders
Getting the right papers filed after your case has been
decided
Judgment
Entering the other’s default or your agreement regarding
children/property/support, etc.
Referrals
If we can’t help you, we’ll try to help you find someone
