DEPENDENCY MEDIATION

 

The Mediators provide services for mediation of dependency cases in the Juvenile Court upon the court’s order to do so.  These sessions usually involve multiple agencies, attorneys and parents and on occasion may include some family members.  Minors are occasionally invited to participate in this process.  The Mediator does not make recommendations.  Written agreements can be prepared by the Mediator and filed with the Juvenile Court upon agreement of all parties involved in the mediation session
