Postponement of Jury Service

If you are not available on the date summoned to attend, you should call the Jury Commissioner's office and advise of your reason.

Nursing mothers, individuals who provide care to an elderly or infirm relative must call and advise the Jury Commissioner of their situation. This is not a permanent excuse.

Students may request a one-time postponement of their service to the NEXT SCHOOL BREAK.

There is a one-time postponement available for work related/financial reasons.
