Self-Help Center Information
Siskiyou County Superior Court
has two programs to assist self-represented persons, the Family
Law Facilitator’s Office and the Self-Help Center. The programs operate
together under the supervision of an attorney.
Clinics are held at various
times and locations throughout Siskiyou County. These clinics are free of
charge.
Clinic Schedules are subject

Clinics are subject to cancellation in unsafe weather or road conditions.

for child support arising out of such matters)

agency adoptions
Guardianship of the estate
Conservatorship
Wills
Probate of an estate and
related matters
Contract issues, except for small
claims
Real estate matters, including
landlord-tenant issues
Other civil or criminal
matters
There are four computer
terminals available for public self-help use. The terminals may be used for
filling out and printing legal forms.
If you are unable to come into
one of the Self-Help Clinics, you may access legal forms online.
California Courts Self Help Center
The Administrative Office of
the Courts’ web site offers general information, resources and assistance to
people becoming involved in the legal system and to litigants who choose to
represent themselves in court.
Please note: Siskiyou County
Superior Court requires the original and 2 copies of all documents presented
for filing. Forms may be neatly hand-printed in black (preferred) or dark blue
ink. Please sign and date the forms before making copies. For assistance,
